This weekend workshop will arm you with the tools necessary to address the physical and emotional components of over-eating, craving and/or not eating enough nutritionally. Classes include hands-on nutritious meal preparation, juicing and smoothies all designed to set you on the path to successful weight loss and energy restoration. Breathing and meditation, saunas and activities for all levels of fitness are offered in a gentle, supportive community environment.
Basic program cost is $275 if registered by May 15th, 2013. After that date registration is $325.

Learn from Chef Adam Graham the art of making delicious soups, sauces and spreads. This event will showcase demos of delightful dishes that will make your mouth water. Recipes and tastings will be provided.
Chef Adam Graham is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Raw food Detox and the director of Camp Rawnora, a RAW-juvenation center in Waterviliet MI. Chef Adam spent a year working as a chef at The Tree Of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona and has traveled the world speaking and teaching about the raw food life style.
The cost for this class is $25 in advance or $40 at the door.
